Our Founding Team

Mooneye Real Estate & Investment Group is led by President London Skye C. Griffin as well Founding & Managing Partners Cheryl Griffin and Shaon G. Coaxum. Our administrative director is Roseanne Griffin.

What Do We Do ?

Mooneye’s mission is to ensure generational wealth among minorities is increased and committed to finding your real-estate desired property for family living and/or as an investment. We have investment options at all levels and sell under-market value properties. It begins with trust, we are affiliated with lenders prime and non-prime who are committed to assisting in building generational wealth for our clients. Most importantly, ownership and the know-how to continue building long-term.

We are affiliated with lenders prime and non-prime you have a dream and vision our job is to help you carry it out. Our goal is to help our clients make the best decisions that improve the quality of life for their families and community. We provide wealth management among services such as:

  • Real estate investment properties

  • Help clients repair their credit to get pre-approved

  • Help clients attain primary loans and private loans for fix and flips or rental programs

  • Low closing cost (varies deal by deal)

What Investment Opportunities Do You Provide?

No matter the amount of money a client wants to invest we will make it fit with more interest than your local bank, CD, or Money marketing account. Our interest rates also provide a better interest rate than your 401k plan with mitigated risk.

For primary lending to get pre-approved Mooneye will need the following.

  • Valid drivers license

  • 2 years W2`s

  • Last 2 pay stubs

  • Bank statements

  • 620 with low debt to credit ratio

  • If you have a 660 or better we can negotiate the interest.

For non-prime lending, investment properties:

  • No docs 80% LTV DSRC (debt service coverage ratio coverage ) loans

  • 80-90% LTV on fix and flips interest-only payments and 100 % reimbursement on repairs credit as low as 660

  • Refinance program up o 80% LTV based on DSCR as well on any investment property.
